About the Role
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in building and managing a brand’s social media presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, engaging with our audience, and driving our social media strategies forward.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts, monitor social media channels, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Audience Engagement: Build and maintain a strong online community by interacting with followers, potential clients, and industry influencers.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and impactful.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
Requirements
Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and content.
Analytical Skills: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Basic Graphic Design: Although we have a designer in-house who will oversee this part of the KPI, basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) are a plus.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
