About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience in sales. This role focuses on driving sales efforts and building strong client relationships without assuming team leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.

  • Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback from clients to help refine our products and services.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and other team members to ensure alignment of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Understanding of the mining industry and operations is a plus.

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
